Tour Part 5: Scheduling Parameters

All exports and loads can be scheduled to run automatically:

  • Schedule each export or load independently
  • Define beginning and/or end of scheduling period
  • Many scheduling frequencies: Continually, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc

Scheduling Frequency: Manual


Scheduler Parameters (Manual)
 

You can prevent the scheduler from running an export or load by using the "Manual" scheduling frequency.

The export or load can only be run manually.

Scheduling Frequency: Continually


Scheduler Parameters (Continually)
 

Exports and loads can be run continually at specified intervals.

The export or load will run every 90 minutes except Saturdays and Sundays.

Scheduling Frequency: Daily


Scheduler Parameters (Daily)
 

Exports and loads can be run daily.

The export or load will run every day at 7 AM except Saturdays and Sundays.

It will run a maximum of 10 times.

Scheduling Frequency: Weekly


Scheduler Parameters (Weekly)
 

Exports and loads can be run weekly.

The export or load will run every week at 12 AM on Sundays.

Scheduling Frequency: Monthly 1


Scheduler Parameters (Monthly 1)
 

Exports and loads can be run monthly.

The export or load will run every 1st of the month at 12 AM (except in January).

Scheduling Frequency: Monthly 2


Scheduler Parameters (Monthly 2)
 

Exports and loads can be run monthly
(with more advanced options).

The export or load will run every last Sunday of the month at 12 AM (all year round).

The Every field is composed of two parts with the following choices:
  • Part 1: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, Last
  • Part 2: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun, Day

By combining these two values you can choose any day of the month. e.g.

  • 1st + Mon = First Monday of the month
  • 3rd + Wed = Third Wednesday of the month
  • Last + Fri = Last Friday of the month
  • Last + Day = Last day of the month whatever it is (Mon 30th, Fri 31st, Wed 28th, etc)
  • etc.
